What services we offerHow to get CTA support for non-CTA information and communication management (ICM) training activities CTA provides financial support to ACP nationals attending ICM training activities (between 1 and 12 weeks long) run by other institutions. These can be group training courses or individual internships. To apply for support (as an individual, or as an institution on behalf of a group of individuals in your institution), see Training courses and applications. Print out the training application form (B), fill it in, get it endorsed by the relevant authority in your organisation, attach to it evidence (such as a letter) from the institution organising the event that you have been accepted for the course or internship - and then send it to CTA at our address in The Netherlands. You might want, instead, support for an ICM training activity you are planning, involving participants from one country or several countries. We can provide support for this. To apply for support, see Training courses and applications. Print out form (C), fill it in and send it to CTA at our address in The Netherlands. We will review your proposal and get back to you. It's important to emphasise that the course you wish to attend or run must be on an ICM theme. CTA will not consider courses dealing with agricultural management and technologies (e.g., sustainable crop production, post-harvest technologies, livestock disease control, aquaculture techniques, soil analysis or plant quarantine regulations). For details on the sort of topics we support, see Training. Note that gender-related ICM themes will receive special consideration.
