Ordering publications from CTA

The Publications Distribution Service (PDS) operates on a subscription basis; until further notice subscriptions are free-of-charge. All titles on CTA's publications list have been given a value in CTA credit points.

Subscribers to the PDS

You can use your Publication Order Forms and your credit points to order publications free-of-charge from CTA or - if you reside in Burkina Faso or in Zambia - from CTA's local distributor (N.B. Orders can not be placed by email or by simple letter). For information about publications available from CTA:

CTA will also send you subject lists of publications.

If you need more CTA publications than your credit points allow, you may purchase them from our commercial distributor or from any other (international) bookseller or retailer.

Non-subscribers

The conditions and procedures for obtaining publications on CTA's list vary according to your place of residence:

• If you reside in an ACP Member State and are active in agriculture and rural development
  You may apply for a free subscription for yourself or for your organisation. Kindly complete the application form and send it to CTA or - if you reside in Burkina Faso or in Zambia - to CTA's local distributor. If your request is accepted, you will receive a free subscription to our bi-monthly bulletin Spore or Esporo and a limited number of credit points that may be used to order CTA publications.

• If you reside in a European Union Member State and are active in agriculture and rural development
  You may apply for a free subscription to our bi-monthly bulletin Spore or Esporo for yourself or for your organisation. Kindly complete the application form and send it to CTA. If your request is accepted, you will receive a free subscription. You may purchase publications on CTA's list from our commercial distributor or from any other (international) bookseller or retailer.

• If you do not reside in an ACP or a European Union Member State
  You may purchase our bulletin Spore or Esporo and/or publications from CTA's list from our commercial distributor or from any other (international) bookseller or retailer.

If you are not eligible for a free subscription to the PDS, or if you need publications beyond your free credit allocation, you may buy publications on CTA's list from Triops (Tropical Scientific Books distributor) or from any other (international) bookseller or retailer. CTA also has local distributors in Burkina Faso and Zambia, which have a sales point.
