The aim of the International seminar is to bring youth, ICT and agriculture experts, researchers, and youth trainers together, to discuss innovative ideas and approaches designed to help individuals, families and communities take advantage of new development opportunities in Information technology and Agriculture for the youth in rural areas.
Modern technologies are expected to enhance economic developments and eradicate poverty especially in developing countries, but in Africa, this dream is yet to be fulfilled.
