2: Assistance to build capacity at the National Fisheries College in Kavieng, PNG, and other national and regional establishments.

3: Assistance to build capacity to ensure individual countries have suitable accredited laboratories (in support of industry).

4: Assistance in market feasibility studies for specific species.

5: Assistance in “study tours” to visit potential markets, buyers / producers, processors.

6: Assistance in identifying an appropriate distribution network and channels.

7: Assistance in value adding opportunities (technical assistance).
