Stakeholders and Partners

We serve a wide range of stakeholders in ACP agricultural and rural development.

Who are these stakeholders? They are farmers and food processors, rural women and young people, extension workers and rural radio broadcasters, agri-food traders and exporters, trainers and researchers, staff in NGOs and government ministries, and national and regional policy-makers.

To reach them, we work mainly through partner organisations. These include:

  • Farmers' organisations
  • Women's groups
  • Youth associations
  • Trade Unions
  • Consumer groups
  • Training institutions
  • Food processing enterprises
  • Research institutions
  • Extension services
  • Rural radio stations
  • Marketing and trade bodies
  • Government ministries (agriculture and related ministries, such as forestry and fisheries)

Some partners operate at local level, others are national or regional organisations. All of them are located in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific. We also work with many international organisations, some located in ACP-EU regions, others not.
